Firely is a personal finance tracking application that helps you manage your expenses, income, and budgets. We provide tools to categorize transactions, set budgets, and generate financial reports.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Firely offers a 40-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue adding and editing data. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Firely for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems. You may not use the service to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data before account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Firely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on data in the application.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
